OUR SERVICES

Glow Dawg Lighting provides estimates and services related to seasonal, holiday, and permanent lighting installations in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Northwest Georgia, and surrounding areas.

Submitting a website form or requesting a quote does not guarantee service or create a binding service agreement. A service agreement is created only after the work, price, scheduling, and other applicable details have been accepted by Glow Dawg Lighting and the customer.

QUOTES AND PRICING

Quotes are based on the information available when the quote is prepared. Pricing or the scope of work may change if property conditions, measurements, customer requests, product availability, electrical requirements, or other details differ from what was originally provided.

Any deposits, payment schedules, cancellation terms, warranties, or other project-specific conditions will be stated in the customer’s accepted quote, invoice, or service agreement.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate contact, property, and service-request information
• Confirm that they own the property or have permission to authorize the requested work
• Provide reasonable and safe access to the installation area
• Disclose known hazards, damaged surfaces, electrical problems, property restrictions, or HOA requirements
• Provide access to functioning electrical outlets when required
• Make payments according to the accepted quote, invoice, or service agreement

SCHEDULING AND WEATHER

Scheduled service dates and arrival times are estimates. Weather, unsafe working conditions, equipment issues, product availability, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may require rescheduling.

Glow Dawg Lighting may delay, modify, or decline work when conditions are unsafe or when the requested work cannot reasonably be completed as described.

PROPERTY CONDITIONS

Glow Dawg Lighting will use reasonable care while performing services. We are not responsible for damage resulting from hidden defects, deteriorated materials, faulty electrical systems, pre-existing damage, improperly installed property features, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

SMS AND TEXT-MESSAGE TERMS

By separately selecting an optional SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive the specific type of messages described beside that checkbox from Glow Dawg Lighting at the telephone number you provided.

Informational messages may include quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling information, and service updates. Promotional messages may include seasonal offers, discounts, and lighting-service promotions when you have separately agreed to receive marketing messages.
